The object of the projects shall be to provide the necessary facilities for the care, recreation and education of children, young people and adults, who have special needs in the Sussex County area.

Enabling young people to develop socially outside of the school settings.

Offering a wide range of activities and equipment to help develop.

Giving respite to parents/carers and other members of their families.

Providing play opportunities in a safe, comfortable and fun environment.

Interacting with other young people in the community.

Promoting and carrying out equal opportunities.
